TRM-International has an excellent opportunity to join a world leading FinTech organisation that specialises in Trading and Market Data. We are seeking a Junior Account Manager who is focused on achieving results and career progression. You will be responsible for analysing sales data, streamlining the sales pipeline and managing accounts whilst working closely with other departments to develop collaborative cross-functional strategies.
Skills:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Mathematics, Finance or Economics preferred).
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in VBA and Excel is essential. Salesforce and Power BI preferred.
- Ability to input data, run and analyse financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of sales data to detect trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement as well as supporting the existing sales team.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies in alignment with the organisation's overall business objectives.
- Enhance the sales pipeline by supporting workflows, pinpointing bottlenecks, and assisting in effective solutions.
- Identify areas within the sales process that require improvements and assist in developing efficient strategies accordingly.
