Summary:
As a TikTok Product marketing executive, you will be responsible for driving the development, improvement, and overall success of features and functionalities within the TikTok platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysis and marketing, to deliver innovative and user-centric products that enhance the TikTok user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a deep understanding of TikTok user base, market trends, and competitive landscape to define a clear product strategy and long-term vision. Identify opportunities for new features, improvements, and optimizations to address user needs and drive platform growth.
Roadmap Planning and Prioritization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap, considering technical feasibility, business impact, and user value. Communicate product plans, timelines, and goals to stakeholders and team members.
User-Centric Design: Work closely with design teams to create user-centered designs and prototypes that align with the product strategy.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
Agile Development: Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sprint planning, development, testing, and release.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user insights to make informed decisions, optimize product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
