The Bryant Law Center is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Journalist and Researcher. As a vital member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with research, investigative work, and identifying potential legal cases.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and Investigation: Use your investigative skills to gather relevant information and evidence for our ongoing cases. Conduct thorough research on various legal matters, industry trends, and emerging issues.

2. New Case Development: Think creatively and proactively to identify potential legal cases by staying up-to-date with current events, news, and emerging legal issues. Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate case viability and potential impact.

3. Legal Writing: Prepare well-structured and concise memos, legal documents, reports, and briefs. Your writing skills will be crucial in effectively conveying complex legal concepts and findings.

4. Personal Investigation and Information Gathering: Support the legal team by conducting investigative work. Utilize various resources and tools to gather information, including public records, databases, online sources, interviews, and more.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to provide valuable research insights, contribute to case strategy, and assist in drafting legal arguments.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

· Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

· Previous experience in journalism, legal research, or investigative work is preferred.

· Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus.
