Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for students
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their unique needs
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and trends in early childhood education
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students or children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Certification or degree in education or a related field is preferred, but not required
