Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
- Assist in the growth and development of the B2B Corporate Sales channel
- Assist OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in overall delivery of Corporate B2B strategy sales targets
- Fulfil sales and service objectives
- Maintain customer/client retention
- Deliver outstanding customer service
RESPONSIBILITES AND TASKS
Sales and Service
- Support OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in achieving department B2B sales target
- Support in monitoring Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly sales performance, in line with business requirements
- Assist in maintaining existing client accounts and target new clients through appropriate sales communication and driving new sales activity
- Support in strategically identifying and targeting new clients by region and industry. Manage the B2B sales database and marketing the database with mailers and communication via various digital channels
- Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries and meetings using appropriate methods, documenting action points, in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Customer Contact Centre to ensure that orders are placed and fulfilled when required, observing the SLA, whilst ensuring that an exceptional service is provided to all clients
- Network effectively, building brand and client relationships
- Assist in the sales, planning and operational organisation of the B2B OMNI-Channel Corporate Events business
- Support in ensuring Corporate Sales service is understood and supported by the Field Teams, Education and boutiques to ensure efficient working relationships
- Liaise with legal team as required for any ad hoc requests
- Work closely with Transport and Warehouse teams to ensure corporate needs are met
Administration
- Ensure accurate administration is submitted within deadlines
- Manage the Corporate client database effectively and efficiently. Assistance with reporting and analytics of data. Use of Google Analytics & sales reporting systems.
- Oversee sending of products where necessary e.g. “Thank you” gifts
- Ensure there is an understanding and compliance of stock management to aid fulfilment of corporate orders
- Support the production of presentations on sales performance, opportunities, split of business etc. when required
- Computer literate. Previous experience with data using Excel is preferable.
Team Participation
- Act as a Jo Malone London ambassador, maintaining and developing personal, team and brand image and reputation
- Research, attend and present at external client meetings and events, aiding business development
- Integrate department’s sales efforts with other organised brand activities e.g. in line with marketing calendar, events etc
- Participate in the execution of boutique and external events
- Participate in internal meetings and events when required
- Presence at weekly department meeting and updates
- Attend personal and professional development training

- Ensure the Jo Malone London image is upheld through personal presentation

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering high levels of customer service and/or building client relationships.
