Jewellery Workshop Assistant Thornbury, West Midlands, England
Job description
Applicant must have good people skills and be a team player.
To have a good knowledge regarding jewellery and watch repairs as we are a workshop based jewellers although some sales skills are also required. Applicant would be required to take in items for repair and advise customers on what work might be required, replenish and display stock. Watch batteries and straps changed in store alongside repairs to costume jewellery pieces. Answer emails, place orders for customers and a good telephone manner.
Previous experience preffered but willing to give training to right applicant.
Hours are 6.5 on a weekday and 4.5 on a Saturday.
We are closed on all Sundays and Bank holidays
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Jewellery: 2 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
