HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Jewellery Boutique Technician you will be in the front line of the repair of simple and urgent jewellery interventions which include generic service, engraving, fine chain work, replacement of earring posts. Representing the maison and following brand guidelines you will have ownership to adopt the best suitable repair approach.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Main accountabilities:
- Diagnose all repairs
- Perform repairs and services of assorted jewellery pieces for Client and Stock Repairs
- Bracelet and Necklace chain extension or length reduction
- Ring-Sizing +/-; traditional technic, with ring-guard, with Laser-welding; alternative sizing solution: beads, spring
- Replacement of earring posts including removal of broken posts and use of taps and dies
- Re-shape deformed items
- Polishing of jewellery
- Engraving of jewellery via Gravotech machine
- Complete the Daily allocated jobs according to brands Customer Service Policy
- Workshop and tool maintenance
