If you’re a Java Engineer who gets a kick out of building asynchronous, event-driven systems – you need to come speak with this company!
An established FinTech are hiring for multiple Java Engineers (Mid and Senior) to build mission critical solutions for well known institutions like BNP Paribas, Natwest and HSBC to name just a few.
In the last decade they’ve grown to 200 people, growing 20% YOY – much of their success comes from delivering pragmatic solutions, rather than “ivory tower” architecture.
They are looking for Software Engineers from a product engineering background, who’ve worked with asynchronous, event driven systems – you’ll be delivering a market leading solution for real time payment processing.
To work in this high performing team, you will need experience within highly collaborative agile environments as well as programming skills with their stack, which looks like:
Java11+
Spring Framework
CI/CDA
Kafka
Akka
MongoDB
Docker/Kubernetes
Excellent compensation packages on offer here – the basic salary ranges from £70,000 to £100,000 depending on your level, as well as exceptional benefits like 10% bonus, 10% shares, 10% pension (non contributory) and private medical to name just a few.
