As of 2016, Warwickshire College Group now have all cleaning service in house under the Estates Team umbrella. The cleaning team are there to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the college facilities are maintained to a high Standard.

Our Rugby College campus offers specialist facilities for engineering, construction, hair and beauty and performing arts. This includes 150-seat theatre and superb engineering facilities, including the cutting edge Power Academy.

- Experience of cleaning/Domestic Work.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- To be able to use own initiative and manage your area of work.
- To follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Flexible - The post holder will be required to undertake other duties as directed.
- Reliability is essential.
- Happy to work in a student environment.
- Discretion and Confidentiality is a requirement.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of Equality and Diversity.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
