Job description

Jo Clean, an established and locally owned cleaning company, is currently hiring new contract cleaners to accommodate the company’s increasing clientele in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We start all our cleaners at $18/hour and offer wage increases depending on performance. "Performance" is outlined as speed of services, meeting the company standard for "clean," showing up to shifts and showing up on time, etc.
We are hiring casual positions and full-time positions that tend to recurring clients. How many clients you may have are dependent on your availability. You set your hours and we fill them for you! If you are meticulous, motivated, hard-working, reliable, and always striving to improve then we’d love for you to join us.
- You must have your own transportation. City transit is not reliable for making it to appointments on time.
- You must be physically capable of enduring the physical demands of deep cleaning.
- You must have previous experience, references are required.
- You must have your own supplies (These can be written off in your taxes).
**While we are looking for experienced cleaners, we are willing to train at a training wage of $17/hour**
