Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial and Manufacturing.
We are looking for a part-time, Superintendent/Heavy Duty Cleaner for a condominium in Newcastle. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, who is hard-working with experience.
Monday - Friday, 6 hours per day

About the job:
- Cleaning all common areas (foyer, elevators, gyms, seating areas, hallways).
- Handle small repairs, light bulb changes and as advised by the Property Manager.
- Suite inspections, hallway inspections
- Paint touch ups, tenant requests (as they come)
- Garbage room maintenance
- Perform frequent outside inspections during shift – grounds, garbage area, parking lots (inside and outside) smoking posts, etc., and pick up any litter/loose debris.
- Remove garbage from public waste bins in condominiums.
Requirements:
- A self-sufficient individual.
- Follows instruction well.
- An individual who is dedicated to their work.
- Passes a background check.
- Able to clean and do small maintenance duties.
- An individual who has experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $17.00 per hour
