Each year, we pick ONE new Window cleaner with the opportunity to move up within the business.
Crystal cleaning is a company going into its eight year in business doubling in size each year. We hire for attitude, not skill.
This role will include:
- working outside in a team of 1-2 crew members
- solving problems and being solution-oriented
- cleaning windows, climbing ladders, pressure washing, cleaning gutters and more
- Working outside as a team
- Learning about the cleaning industry
People who do well in this role do not like to complain and clock in/out just to collect a paycheck.
Bonuses are available based on performance

No experience is required.
Additional Information:
- Work days are generally scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm.
- Transportation & vehicle utilized to get to job sites are provided by the employer.
