As a Public Area Cleaner you will ensure that all areas within the hotel are maintained to high standard of cleanliness and maintenance to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Public Area Cleaner with a glass half fuller attitude.
What will your role look like?
- Responsible for keeping our Hotel, Spa, Club and grounds perfectly pristine with exceptional standards.
- Clean public and employee restrooms throughout the Hotel and Golf Club.
- Clean mirrors and glass throughout public and employee areas.
- Clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using provided chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Dust surfaces in all assigned public areas.
- Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas, including hotel grounds.
- Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages.
- Clean and maintain lights, lift, signage and other hotel fixtures.
- Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
