iTrent Systems Specialist
Job description
We have an excellent opportunity for an iTrent Systems Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in the implementation and development of our new HR Information System, iTrent. You will be responsible for developing system solutions to enhance and streamline our processes, and produce high quality management information.
You will lead in the development and maintenance of our iTrent system, working closely with our HR Team to ensure the iTrent system meets the needs of the organisation; identifying system improvements, integrations, and enhancements.
You will support the resolution of system queries in a timely and efficient manner, and develop system documentation, training materials, and user manuals.
You will also write and maintain reports using Business Objects, and liaise with internal stakeholders to identify further reports which would be useful to our organisation.
The successful candidate will have experience of using iTrent, excellent IT skills and meticulous attention to detail. As a self-starter, who has strong problem-solving skills, this role will afford you an excellent next step in your career within a hugely supportive organisation.

Our Group is currently comprised of One Sixth Form College, Abbeygate Sixth Form College, West Suffolk College and University Studies at West Suffolk College. This role will predominantly be home-based, with the need to travel to our colleges in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich as required.
