Job summary
The Digital Health team within Government of Jersey are looking for an IT Training Manager to lead a high quality training team and to support the implementation and deployment of a new Hospital Electronic Patient Record (EPR) System for the Jersey General Hospital & Community Services (HCS). As the IT Training Manager you would be responsible for designing and delivering health wide learning and development programmes that promote best-practice. The post holder will lead on all training following systems implementation by identifying and advising on training requirements and developing training plans for direct implementation across the organisation. The training lead will work closely with all technology project managers to ensure training is developed for all key programmes.
