About The Position
The IT Technician ensures smooth system operation and functionality so end users can accomplish business tasks. The IT Technician responds to support requests and is the initial reference point for all IT support-related tickets, and ensures the satisfaction of the end user, among other technical duties. This position is responsible for coordinating and continuing to improve everyone’s skills and knowledge in technology by identifying and coordinating all technology training needs. The IT Technician keeps all staff updated on the latest features on Office365 to make the best use of the system. This role is the point person for audio-visual support needed from staff for meetings and events and classes.
