Our ideal candidate will:
- have a strong ICT technical background, with experience of server and network infrastructure
- have experience in providing ICT support within the education sector
- have experience in ICT service delivery
- be able to deliver a range of first line support and onsite activities of varying complexity
- be able to provide clear advice on support issues;
- work effectively as a team player
- be willing to travel between STEP academies
