Staff365 are recruiting for an IT Technician on a permanent basis for our manufacturing client located in Rotherham
Salary: £26,000
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08.00 – 16.30

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician, to join a team of five, who will be responsible for the day-to-day support of a medium sized network, comprising of several Hyper-V clusters, various core and access switches, PC’s, laptops, printers, and other associated IT equipment.
We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of IT support, someone that has a patient and methodical approach to problem solving and who can manage their own schedule.
Duties:
Dealing with the more technical related issues received into the IT Department.
Supporting the deployment of hardware, software, and the ongoing maintenance of all onsite and remote information technology assets.
Supporting employees with Windows operating systems and various applications in a face-to-face manner.
Hardware and software procurement.
Assisting the IT apprentice.
Covering 1st line and 2nd line due to annual leave or sickness.
Other IT related tasks such as user training, housekeeping, and office refurbishments.
Windows Desktop and Server Support
Hyper-V, GPO, AD/Azure AD, Intune, WSUS
Network cable and patch panel termination
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service focused.
Full UK driving license.
