Overview
Soltech IT provides a comprehensive range of IT services and hands-on ICT / computing support to over 700 business and education (primary schools) clients across the South West of England. We put the needs of our clients first, taking care of all of their technology needs.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated and individual to provide both office or field based IT support to our business and education client base.
The successful candidate will also be involved in project installations. This may involve assisting in the deployment laptops or PC's, installing WiFi, assisting project engineers with installations and migrations, plus much more.
Individuals will be passionate about IT with good IT qualifications and/or some technical experience, be self-motivated and enjoy providing excellent customer service. This role requires the successful candidate to be a team player, have strong communication and organisation skills along with a courteous manner with the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms to our customers.
Candidates should be able to work independently and have an aptitude for problem solving and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve services.
The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding check. Due to the requirement to visit client sites, you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle to be considered for this role.
In return, we offer on the job training and exposure to a wide range of IT products. The company will also support those wishing to gain further qualifications through courses such as, Azure or Sharepoint.
