IT Technician

At Scotframe we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a IT Technician at our Inverurie office helping to deliver a good level of service and first line support to our system users

Scotframe is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brand’s, Scotframe has a strong track record of building quality homes in partnership with small and medium sized builders, developers and housing associations.

What you will be doing:

Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.

• Dealing with customers both on the phone and over email
• Troubleshooting IT related issues
• Excellent communication and the ability to influence and manage across a matrix organisation.
• Ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive person who enjoys working as part of a team, whilst also being able to manage your own workload. Previous Customer Service experience is required. Having any basic IT training or knowledge is highly desirable.
