We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Technician to join our IT Team as we continue to drive the technical services of the school forward.
The post holder will, under the guidance of the Network Manager, be responsible for the online helpdesk application by ensuring issues are addressed, documented and resolved in a timely and professional manner and maintain a knowledge library of fixes.
The post would ideally suit someone with the drive and passion to further develop a career in IT support services. We are looking for a candidate with a flexible, proactive and positive approach, who can work effectively under pressure and is able to communicate effectively at all, levels.
