The Role
As a member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be the face of the company.
This is an exciting hybrid role for those that like variety to their working week. It will be split between
visiting customer sites across the UK and Northern Ireland and time in their Derby office providing
telephone support. Most of the role will be field based with some nights away in hotels, so a sense of
adventure, flexibility in the way you work and ownership of your travel and organisation is a must!
Below are typical examples of how your days could look.
- Onsite installation of PC, EPOS, CCTV and Broadband into retail locations;
- Installation of Data cabling, Wireless access points and simple CCTV systems;
- Service Calls for customers
- Training users on how to use their new EPOS system;
- In-house production of EPOS, Routers and related technology, including hardware repairs.
The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working as an IT support technician or similar role OR experience repairing and
- PC/EPOS skills are essential with the aspiration to learn more.
- Be able to demonstrate a practical and logical approach to problem-solving both over the
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- The candidate must like driving and have a willingness for regular travel across the UK.
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.

Normal working hours are 9 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
