As an IT Technician you will:
- Delegate where appropriate to Level 1 & 2 Technicians
- Deputise for the IT Manager
- Monitor & Maintain the backup environment
- Ensure various phones, systems, Wifi, LAN & WAN are maintained
- Liaise with the DSL when major content filtering changes are proposed
- Assist in the procurement of various hardware, software & consumables
To be successful as an IT Technician you will:
- Have experience of working in 3rd line
- Be confident in the procurement of hardware & software
- Knowledge of the education section would be advantageous however not essential
- Be a confident user of Azure and/or HyperV
In return my client is offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 per annum.
