Hooray are proud to be supporting a local educational establishment to assist in the recruitment for a IT Technician to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

As an IT Technician you will:

Delegate where appropriate to Level 1 & 2 Technicians
Deputise for the IT Manager
Monitor & Maintain the backup environment
Ensure various phones, systems, Wifi, LAN & WAN are maintained
Liaise with the DSL when major content filtering changes are proposed
Assist in the procurement of various hardware, software & consumables

To be successful as an IT Technician you will:

Have experience of working in 3rd line
Be confident in the procurement of hardware & software
Knowledge of the education section would be advantageous however not essential
Be a confident user of Azure and/or HyperV

In return my client is offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 per annum.
