Pearson Carter are working with a large international organization to find a forward-thinking ambitious IT Technical Support Professional to join their internal support team, this is a great opportunity to work for a solid company with great reputation and global prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day internal IT support including call logging, troubleshooting, IT Admin including user set up, passwords and re set.
- Support the IT environment, servers and internal systems.
- Monitor daily backups and manage asset databases.
- Assist on various company projects.
Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years IT Support experience.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a supporting environment.
- Ability to support a large variety of applications.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
Location
The head office is based in Leeds and you would be required to travel and work in the office 5 days a week.
