IT Systems Administrator

For our IT division, we are looking for a person in our UK office in Hemel Hempstead Office as soon as possible!
IT & Systems Administrator - onsite - Hemel Hempstead
Your responsibilities
As a Local-IT you are responsible for the analysis and resolution of all IT (support) issues in the UK main office and the remote office in the NORDIC region. This also includes supporting our sales team and home workers remotely with any IT troubles they may encounter.
You will support the standard built computer image containing BSC approved software, log service requests and handle break/fix where and when needed. We also want you to take care of mobile phones, iPads and keep track of IT assets in our asset management system.
We also expect you to be able to support large meetings with our internal customers as well as external clients from a technology point of view. The AV-equipment needs to be checked, supported and be in perfect condition at all times.
Being able to teach your customers how to use the IT equipment in general is a big plus
What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelors degree in IT, big data or equivalent - preferable but not essential
- 2+ years work experience supporting end users in a corporate- and remote environment
- Proactive, creative problem solving mindset, result oriented and a true team player
- Customer focused and no 8:00 to 17:00 mentality
- Availability to travel abroad on occasion
- Excellent Windows 10 knowledge
- Excellent Office 365 and Outlook knowledge in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills (training, presentations, learning)
- Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
- Extensive experience in (remote) troubleshooting
- Experience in supporting (large) meeting rooms setup and use of AV-technology like, Zoom, Webex, Teams, etc.
- Good Project Management and Time Management skills
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technology knowledge
