Job description
We are looking for a locally based IT support and someone who has an interest in building and supporting WordPress websites to join our team. You will need to be able to work from our office in Hartlepool.
Responsibilities include;
- Resolve any web hosting issues including websites, emails, domains and DNS
- Keeping internal systems upto date including backups of servers
- Manage support calls
- Build and update of Wordpress websites
Requirements:
- Proven technical support experience
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
