Role - IT Support Technician
Salary - Competitive
Duration - 9 Month FTC (Potential to go perm)
Location - London Bridge (On-site)
We are a Clinical research organisation based in Central London seeking for an IT Support Technician who will support with technical support within both sites in London Bridge as well and supporting on the Medical Devices support. The post holder will form part of a small team maintaining critical IT infrastructure for site based and remote users.
Solid experience in support of Windows based operating systems, network account administration and applications is required.
You will work closely with colleagues: clinical trial assistants, doctors, data management, HR, Finance and other staff to provide applications advice and support.

Experience on Helpdesk (Prioritising)
Windows Server 2019, 2016, 2022
Exchange 2016 (Some exposure)
VMware
Papercut (Printer Management)
Adobe
Network (Basic)
Software/Hardware Troubleshooting Skills
Software Deployment
Liaising with 3rd party support and vendors
Basic Azure and End Point Manager (Intune)
