I.T. Support Technician - Head Office
Hours: FT including one Saturday per month / Salary: Based on Experience

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide IT support (call logging/trouble shooting/resolution) to customers by phone, e-mail, remotely and in person working to SLA thresholds.
- Help support, configure and develop the ERP solution used for the company’s core operations.
- Software issue resolution (Microsoft Office, Windows etc…)
- Setup and issuing of hardware such as laptops, desktop PCs, thin clients, tablets, mobile phones, AV or networking devices.
- Active directory and domain administration.
Skills Required
With a year or more experience in a related role, you’ll need to be a great communicator at all levels with first-rate customer service skills. We’re also looking for excellent problem solving and diagnostic capabilities as well as good organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised. Experience working with 3rd party partners/suppliers would be advantageous. A full UK Driving License and own transport enabling you to travel to remote offices is a must. In addition, an understanding of TCP/IP networking. LAN/WAN, Office 365 admin experience and SQL knowledge would be a significant advantage.
