For one of our clients, a new company reinventing teleradiology, integrating the best cloud-based imaging solution into Europe’s No. 1 connectivity product suite to deliver a unique remote reporting system we are looking to recruit an IT Administrator
Job Summary:
Reporting to the IT programme manager who sits within our business operations team, the IT administrator role will take ownership of the day to day running of all IT end user support. This role will require you to work with 1st line support for IT issues for our OpenRad employees then working alongside our 3rd party providers to solve more complex issues.
Accountabilities & Key Responsibilities for the role:
- · Supporting the users with their day-to-day activities in timely and professional manner
- · Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- · Ensuring 1st line response is provided to all IT service requests by a managed IT ticketing system
- · Working alongside 3rd party providers that support the IT needs for the company
- · Providing technical support for software products utilised by the Company
- · Adhering to the IT department KPIs
- · Working effectively, professionally, and collaboratively with other members of the business
- · Engage in technical and operational discussions relevant to your work and be open to new and challenging ideas
- · Managing and monitoring system backups and online cloud resource backups
- · Following the company policy on malware, viruses, phishing, etc
- · Understanding and following the Disaster Recovery plan when needed
- · Dealing with the third-party hardware repair process
- · Updating and creating support documentation including procedures and reports on IT related issues
- · Tracking of inventory of hardware and software throughout the organisation
- · Adherence to all Health and safety practices
- · Provide support to management as required
Location
- · UK based Hybrid working, days that you will be required in the office will be determined by your manager
- · There may be requirement to travel within the EU (Germany) on occasion
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
· The ideal person will have a proven track record of working in growing Company and in a fast-paced environment.
- · Experience with Cloud technologies
- · Effective communication skills
- · Customer service experience
- · Desirable
- · Full UK driving licence
- · Experience working in an IT admin/support role facing customer requests daily
- · At least 1 years’ experience of installation and support of hardware and software programmes
