  • Inclusive culture and environment, where you’ll be genuinely valued, listened-to and respected
  • Meals, snacks and drinks provided constantly in the office (there really is such a thing as a free lunch!)
  • Great life and wellbeing support, with multiple online and in-office resources
  • Tax-efficient cycle to work scheme
  • Other benefit and leave options to be introduced this year

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven track record of providing IT support (required)
  • Experience of troubleshooting and providing support for Windows 10 (required), Windows 11 (preferable), and macOS (preferable)
  • Experience of Microsoft Intune for MDM (preferable), Microsoft 365 administration, including Sharepoint (preferable), automation of hardware provisioning (preferable)
  • To enjoy helping people with their IT issues and have a positive, patient and solution-focussed approach

  • To be able to prioritise when faced with competing items of work of varying urgency
  • Professional, clear and prompt communication (in person, by email, instant messaging, and on phone/video calls)
  • The ability to identify areas for improvement and automation in existing processes, as well as the willingness to implement those improvements
