IT Support Specialist -An exciting opportunity to work with a global insurance company!
I am recruiting an IT Support Analyst for a prestigious Insurance firm based in London.
I am looking for an individual with proven experience in a similar support role offering 1st/2nd line support with great customer service and the ability to work as part of a team or use your own initiative.
London based role 4/5 times weekly
Salary £35,000-£40,000
Responsibilities include-
- Log all IT issues and allocate priority and aspects of support in order to action resolution
- Provide desk side (in-person) and remote support to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Proactively solve issues and problems for hardware and software requirements.
- Keep all users updated on any immediate network matters/issues.
- Assist with updating the company intranet website (SharePoint).
- Help maintain the inventory ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
- Work with 3rd Party teams to request and order IT equipment.
The successful candidate for this role will be able to deliver a high level of customer service by providing high quality IT support and service, both in-person, remotely and by phone, to address IT requirements across the business.
