We are looking for a IT Support Officer - Turkish Speaking for one of the leading companies in the FinTech sector.
Desired Skills and Experience:
To provide first-line IT desktop support from our Cloud-based IT service desk,
- At least 1 year experience in a business IT environment, supporting end users Server knowledge or experience
- Network Installation, Configuration and management
- Update, optimize and maintain users’ desktop environment to ensure trouble-free computing
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Maintain a tidy IT environment in line with Health & Safety requirements.
- With third party vendor responsible
Responsibilities:
- Customer service skills or knowledge
- Excellent communication and enjoy working with people
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the MacOS and Windows operating systems and networking hardware and protocols
- Keen interest in computers and technology
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently after initial training
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
