General Summary:
This role reports to the IT Operations Manager or their designee and is located in Banbury, UK. You will be able to apply academic concepts to real-world business challenges, helping to support factory and trackside IT systems and services for the MoneyGram Haas F1. You will have the opportunity to contribute from the ground up, playing a key part in ensuring the delivery of best in class IT service to the company and its users.
General Responsibilities:
- Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
- Bring a fresh perspective to the challenges we face in our business, offering up innovation and new ideas to further enhance the service the department provides.
- Adhere to all IT, Health & Safety and wider business processes.
- Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
- Other duties as assigned by the IT Operations Manager or Department Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line technical support and troubleshoot technology issues (walk-up, phone, Teams) to users onsite and remote.
- Learn and support Windows based services such as Active Directory, file permissions, software updates, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
- Manage workload in Service Desk software, operating to defined service level agreements and triaging calls.
- Administration of the MoneyGram Haas F1 Office 365 environment.
- Use tools and process to build, set up and support client hardware and software.
- Manage the starters and leavers process, including hardware, software, licensing, inductions, archiving and permissions.
- Set up and support voice systems, meeting rooms and audio-visual equipment.
- Develop scripts and code to assist in task automation.
- Hardware and software license management.
- Ensure up to date documentation and accurate reporting as required.
Education and Work Experience:
GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required. Further education such as BSc or MIS in an ICT related qualification required. Exposure to racing and international environments is preferred. Demonstrate strong computer skills, a keen interest in technology, and a passion to learn in the role.

- Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to continuously learn and improve themselves.
Equipment and Applications: (Specific equipment/applications used on the job)
- Good understanding of Microsoft desktop environments and familiarity with Active Directory.
- Good understanding of PC hardware.
Work Environment Physical Demands:
An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role will require extensive international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including all event weekends.
This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast- paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy, and all relevant other statutory Health and Safety legislation.
