Description – IT Support Engineer
- Escalated IT Support Tickets / Projects / Migrations.
- Senior Helpdesk Support
- Multiple environments: Office 365 / Sharepoint / Windows / MDM / Backup & DR / Cyber / Server / Cloud / Hybrid
- Actively leading Migrations / upgrades / patch management etc
- Supporting clients both remotely and onsite.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of Devices / cloud servers / on-premise services and client software applications.
- Networking and Infrastructure support – Firewall, Switches, Routers – Configuration and Maintenance.
- Cyber Security Solutions
- Supporting and assisting junior team members
Personal Qualifications
- 12-24 months IT Support experience within a business environment.
- Good knowledge of networks (including hardware and configuration), office 365, windows applications and tools and peripheral hardware.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal at all organisational levels
- Extremely high level of customer service.
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet all the required deadlines and expectations
- Ability to “think on your feet” and react positively to given situations.
Compensation
- Hybrid working environment – Office (Faversham, Kent) Regular Home Working Available.
