Job description
We are looking for a great person to join our small but growing company. Our team support the IT and broadcast systems for many well known brands in the UK.
The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with troubleshooting Windows and Mac issues. You'll be familiar with Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Windows, Mac OS, Azure and VMWare. You'll also be excited about learning new technologies specific to the broadcast industry.
You should have excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for communicating problems to our engineering team and our clients. You'll be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical people using a variety of methods such as the ticket system and phone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring we give our clients an excellent and friendly service.
- Keeping on top of the latest security threats that could affect our clients.
- Communicate with clients via our ticketing system and phone.
- Perform system updates on computers.
- Install software on workstations.
- Diagnose computer hardware problems.
- Liaise with industry vendors to ensure we provide the best products to our clients.
Hours will be 37.5 per week.
Holidays will be 25 days plus bank holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
