Job description
A great opportunity has arisen for an ICT Support Engineer based in Nautilus House with travel to other UK sites as required. The successful candidate will provide first line IT support to UK and Trinidad sites via the ICT helpdesk over telephone and in person, using a methodical approach to problem solving. Experience utilizing the following technologies is required; Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Sharepoint, Exchange)
Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Citrix
Azure
Windows (including server)
Android
The successful applicant would ideally have a degree, industry certification or relevant experience in a first line ICT role. The applicant should have a general interest in technology and motivation to further their knowledge within ICT.
