Salary: £35,000 + 10% Bonus (paid quarterly)

In this exciting remote role, you will be working within the Technology and Data team to deliver internal IT, app and platform support and maintain our IT infrastructure to meet the requirements of a rapidly growing business.
You will work in collaboration with Senior Leadership, Business Analyst, Product Manager & wider business colleagues to support state of the art online platform.
Who we’re looking for.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
- Manage the IT support service to ensure delivery against SLAs and support requirements of the business.
- Become first point of contact for IT, Platform and Hardware related tickets
- Take ownership of Starters and Leavers process, including purchasing IT equipment, logistics, configuration, and installation
- Complete Microsoft 365 & SharePoint site administration. Automate support process workflows when possible
- Liaising with third party for support and escalation related tasks
- Report performance of IT infrastructure covering uptime and major incidents as well as level of service standards
- Manage mobile device environment and enrolment process (SIMs, softphones, and devices)
- Maintain hardware and software asset management library for the company
- Support and contribute to IT documentation and processes

A bit about you
You’ll already have experience in providing first or second line IT support. In addition to this you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Power Automate, Endpoint Manager, Excel, and general systems admin experience
- Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the company and with external partners
- Ability to provide stakeholder training and awareness for new developments of software upgrades
- Self-motivated and ability to manage busy workload in a fast-paced environment. Good team player with a willingness to collaborate to achieve solutions
- Willingness to learn and expand their knowledge as required by the role
