Job Description
High Court Enforcement Group is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician. This role is to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support including desktop and VOIP for our office staff, as well as support for smart devices and body worn cameras for our field staff.
Main duties
- Windows Desktop Support
- Mobile Device Support
- User Administration
- Configuring devices
- Managing assets
- Assist with on-site installations and upgrades
- Carrying out other duties relevant to the IT department
Skills and experience
- Good IT literacy
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and apply the appropriate solution to an issue.
In depth training will be provided in all areas.
