Job description
IT Support Analyst needed for this large, enterprise sized professional services business in their Reading office. The role will involve providing 1st & 2nd Line IT support to their user base, resolving where appropriate and escalating to 3rd line team when needed.
The IT Support Analyst will also be responsible for setting up desktops, laptops and servers including full client software installations on a Windows 10 Enterprise platform.
The right candidate will have upwards of a couple of years IT Support / Helpdesk experience in a professional environment and will suit someone who is looking for an environment where they can fast track their career.
Technically solid experience with Office 365, Windows 10 Enterprise and some Active Directory experience is needed. The key though is to find someone with first class communication skills who is passionate to develop a career for themselves in IT.
