Apprenticeship 1st Year Grade £12,570
This post is 37hrs per week with appropriate release to undertake the apprentice qualification.
The hours will be 8.15am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am – 3.45pm Friday with half an hour for lunch.
The governing body are looking to appoint a talented Digital Communications and IT Apprentice that shares the Alway Primary School vision. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about developing their skills, in both digital communication and School IT support. The successful candite will provide communication support to the School Business Support Team and support the School IT Co-ordinator to maintain IT provision throughout the school.
The successful candidate will
- be enthusiastic about continual professional development and learning new things
- be confident in using social media platforms
- be able to support the Schools Desk Top Analyst in rolling out of software
- be able to support the Schools Desk Top Analyst in resolving issues with PCs, laptops, iPads and other digital devices in school
- have good organisational skills
- have an ability to prioritise and ensure completion of tasks to a deadline
- be a good communicator and team member, who is caring, flexible and approachable
- be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and resilient
- be reliable and able to take responsibility
- undertake NVQ Level 2 in Digital Application Support
