About the Role:
Lead cross-functional teams to address business systems needs/issues. Oversee remote IT support vendors. Plan and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved. Provide technical leadership in identifying, recommending, and evaluating applications and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. Plan and lead unit integration and acceptance testing. Collaborate with other IT and business teams to drive solutions.

Your Contributions (include, but ate not limited to):
Lead project teams in the capacity of supporting application implementation, administration, and support. May include completion of expansion projects (i.e., global expansion, mass hiring remote workers, etc.)
Partners with department leadership to ensure successful implementation of application tools and hardware
Take the lead on evaluating and implementing additional applications and technologies that may improve the overall quality of systems throughout all departments
Drives process improvements and efficiency and develops processes required for the successful implementation of key applications
Prepare and maintains process documentation and assists in defining and developing documentation with relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in computer science, IT or similar field and 6+ years of hands-on IT experience; Recent experience implementing and supporting applications, including Microsoft. Recent experience with mobile device configurations and management. Experience managing teams and projects
Must be able to communicate technical information and work with all levels within the organization
Strong base knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and mobile device configuration and management
Advance knowledge and recent experience in support of various Windows applications
Strong knowledge of supporting biotech/pharmaceutical company applications
Has knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and familiarity with the broader underlying concepts of related business disciplines
Works to improve tools and processes within functional area
Developing reputation inside the company as it relates to area of expertise
Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams
Exhibits leadership skill and ability, typically leads lower levels and/or indirect teams.
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $123,700.00-$179,350.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
