We are looking for a IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team. This role will be based at our London Cluster Office - County Hall, and reports into the UK & Eire IT Manager on a permanent basis. The salary is up to £30,000 per annum based on skills and experience.


About the Role...


Are you a tech whiz with a passion for providing top-notch technical support? Join our Technology Team and work to provide first-class support to Merlin Offices and Attractions, managing and prioritizing your workload to deliver operational excellence. As the point of escalation between the business and Merlin Technology, you'll be available to support other attractions and offices whenever called upon. Using ServiceNow, you'll identify and fix IT-related incidents, problems, and requests to agreed standards and SLAs.

Representing Merlin Technology, you'll deliver first-class technology services to all staff based within Merlin Attractions. You'll work with other IT Support Teams and the IT Support Manager to develop and improve the IT service delivered to the Merlin Business, championing and promoting service improvement on an ongoing basis to continually improve quality and user satisfaction with IT Services. As a single point of ownership for effective provision of systems and services to customers, you'll ensure appropriate OLAs/SLAs are met in all IT services. About You...

  • You will have good desktop, Hardware and Application support skills;
  • Good knowledge of operation systems
  • POS Support skills
  • Service Now experience
  • Escalation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to articulate technical situations in a clear manner
  • Attention to detail (Ticket information)
  • Able to work outside of normal working hours when required
  • ITIL Foundation would be desirable but not essential, as is;
  • Digital signage support experience
  • Kiosks support experience
  • MS Azure Fundamentals
