Description
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Support Team based in Stains. This is an entry level IT Support position. We are looking for great communication skills written and verbal and a passion for IT and Tech.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Support for up to 550 users
- Triage of incoming calls and emails to ensure rapid allocation and resolution of tickets.
- Signpost callers to existing solutions on the knowledgebase to educate them to resolve common recurring issues.
- Work alongside more senior members of the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues.
- Provide deskside, remote and Service Desk support.
- Provide a high level of customer service to a wide range of users.
- Be involved in company-wide technology roll outs.
The Person:
- ITIL qualification highly desirable
- Some Previous experience working in an IT Support environment
- Experience in Desktop and Laptop Support
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure is desirable
- Excellent people skills, written and phone communication
- Good problem solver
- Ability to prioritise when working in a high volume, fast paced team environment
- Motivated and enthusiastic with an interest to build an IT Career
