During the live event period (November – December) the role will be based on-site in Ascot – we will support you with a hotel for this time, as well as a food allowance on-site. On occasion throughout the year, you will be required to work from our warehouse in Windsor.

Company Overview

LaplandUK is an award-winning immersive and theatrical Christmas experience, offering a tailor-made four hour journey through a secret, magical elven world hidden in an enchanted forest. Putting families at the centre of the storyline, LaplandUK invites you to join a whimsical world where your Small Folk (children) can make a toy with the elves in the Toy Factory, ice gingerbread with Mother Christmas, and of course, meet Father Christmas at his cosy wood-cabin home.

In 2007, when the magical door first opened into LaplandUK, Mike and Alison Battle who were parents to four young boys felt compelled to create a truly magical experience that reflected the value they placed in their children’s fleeting belief in Father Christmas. Fifteen years and a million visitors later the ambition remains the same, the continued success of the business and rapid pace of growth is underpinned by the commitment to support families in savouring and celebrating this most precious moment as they travel through their children’s childhood.
