A Global Medical Consultancy Company located near Sheffield is seeking an IT Systems Support to join their team on a permanent basis with Hybrid working.

ABOUT THE ROLE
They are looking for an IT Systems Support that will be part of their dynamic, growing and innovative medical device regulatory consulting company. Managing IT systems will be second nature and the successful applicant should enjoy working with computers to solve the challenges they provide. The role requires an approachable person who can support colleagues and clients with their day-to-day computing issues. Training of the existing IT structure will be provided and the successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Systems Manager.

System setup & management

Software & hardware curation
Helpdesk support
Remote support strategy
New staff onboarding
Policy writing
IT equipment management
Essential requirements:
Previous experience in an IT support role
Independent thinking for identifying and solving problems to improve efficiency across the company
Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
Legal right to work in the UK
Nice-to-haves
Product development: Working within the company to collaboratively design and build new client-facing regulatory products, along with internal software solutions to drive efficiency.
IT security strategy: Experienced in identifying and improving existing IT security protocols.
