IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
CARDIFF/HYBRID
£25,000 – £26,000 + £2,500 BONUS
A worldwide distributor of products, services and supplies for the healthcare sector is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their supportive team. You will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving customer software and hardware issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IT Support Engineer your key duties will include:
· Supporting customers on the installation and support on software and equipment issues
· Directing customers on functions and back-end operations
· Responding to booked calls in a timely and efficient manner
· Providing technical support and identifying parts when appropriate
· Troubleshooting network and connection issues remotely, supporting additional training when needed
· Monitor routine inspections of equipment
· Updating computer software and operating systems
· Identifying error codes to resolve or escalate to onsite engineers
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the role of IT Support Engineer you must have:
· 3+ Years experience in a support engineer role or similar
· Experience troubleshooting computer-related and automated issues
· Microsoft certified engineering qualification is desirable
· Passes in GCSEs Maths and English as a minimum
· Strong IT skills, supported by an IT qualification
· Great organisation, time-management, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· The ability to thrive and multi-task under pressure
· A working knowledge of CRM systems
