IT Support Analyst
The purpose of this role is to provide support for the fully cloud infrastructure and applications such as:
- Office 365, Intune, Workplace, PowerApps, Proofpoint, Mimecast.
The role holder will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge by being involved in exciting projects with great opportunities to learn and grow in this role.
Ideal candidate is someone who is keen to learn, keeps up to date with the latest technologies, able multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
More about the role:
Monday – Friday (with occasional out of hours support as the business grows)
· Provide a high level of support to all our colleagues, supporting with Laptops, desktops, and applications.
· Manage tickets within our service desk and resolve them within SLA
· Troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software
· Provide an outstanding internal customer service
· Daily check and updates across all platforms including SharePoint, Teams, Azure active directory and Office 365
The ideal candidate:
· Minimum 1 year experience in a 1st line support role
· Willingness to learn
· Great communication and customer service skills
· Strong team player
· Excellent attention to detail
· Tenacity to see issues through to resolution

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
