The Role
IT Specialist/IT Manager
- 4+ years experience
- Up to €100k+ depending on experience

The Role:
- Technical processing of tickets in 2nd level support - especially from Microsoft 365 and the associated Microsoft cloud services such as Azure, Exchange, Teams and SharePoint
- Supporting Clients with their IT Needs
- Continuous monitoring and processing of any errors and warnings
- Prioritization of customer inquiries and, if necessary, escalation to 3rd level support
Essential:
- Strong IT Knowledge
- CISCO Experience
- German speaking and writing skills.
- Based in Germany
