The Role
IT Specialist/IT Manager

• 4+ years experience
• Up to €100k+ depending on experience
• Remote working optional
• Flat Hierarchy
• Hybrid Working

The Role:

• Technical processing of tickets in 2nd level support - especially from Microsoft 365 and the associated Microsoft cloud services such as Azure, Exchange, Teams and SharePoint
• Supporting Clients with their IT Needs
• Continuous monitoring and processing of any errors and warnings
• Prioritization of customer inquiries and, if necessary, escalation to 3rd level support

Essential:

• Strong IT Knowledge
• CISCO Experience
• German speaking and writing skills.
• Based in Germany
