As a member of the COLOSSUS program, you will be providing Corporate Support (General SETA functions) and Enterprise Planning (strategy, architecture, investment) across the program’s enterprise planning and management scope for the Corporate Applications Office (CAO).
SPA has an immediate opening.
You will bring thought leadership and a focus on Business IT strategy, governance and cataloging current systems, as well as defining processes for directorates to suggest new tools and capabilities. Lastly, you will also advise CAO leadership on a potential way forward in alignment with the overall COMM strategy.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Group/Office leadership with front office general SETA support (white papers, briefings, action responses, coordination support)
- Planning and coordinating an organization's strategic and long-range goals, management concepts, and business practices
- Support the implementation and sustainment of processes that facilitate the development and delivery of strategies, architectures, and portfolio planning
- Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness
- Evaluating CAO’s vision, management concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure CAO adheres to said guidance through its activities and projects
- Advise CAO leadership on potential way forward
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- MS with 5+ years or BS with 8+ years of demonstrated performance related to tasks above
- Knowledge and understanding of information technology, business applications, service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
- Experience providing direct SETA support to IC customer
- Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
- Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven with the ability to direct and/or work independently and/or with multi-organizational teams (Government, FFRDC, SETA, Developers)
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
