About the job
Even organizations committed to technology changes find it hard to make them happen. That’s why we need you. As an IT Change Enablement Lead, you will build and implement Change Enablement plans and deliverables, focusing on the constant stream of new technology deployments and upgrades that become available to Avanade employees.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Managing multiple Change Enablement assignments within the Sales and Marketing IT portfolio
- Planning and producing Change Enablement deliverables to a high level of quality and on schedule:
- Change strategy and planning (stakeholder analysis, impacts assessment, change network and sponsorship plan, communications, and training plans)
- Create/design communications (build sites, newsletters, posts, graphics, videos)
- Create/design training and support content (build decks, sites, tutorial videos, live sessions)
- Change adoption tracking and success measurement.
- Formal program evaluation (formative & summative)
- Organizational development methodologies
- Engaging with business stakeholders in Avanade IT to facilitate an effective connection between business priority needs and change enablement actions.
- Perform change impact assessments for requested technology changes.
- Lead education for sales operations as well as tier 1 and 2 support organization
- Provide ongoing end user support and education through office hours calls and maintain a feedback loop from users to the development team.
Ideally, you have 1 to 4 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience making organizational change happen.
We’d love it if your experience also includes:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Education, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration)
- Additional professional experience in relevant areas: Change Management, Internal Communications, Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design
- Exposure to IT or, even better, experience enabling Technology changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, and familiarity with other Microsoft technologies
- Familiarity with creative tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud
Role Location: Range of Pay for role
Washington: $114,750-$135,000
Colorado: $99,450-$117,000
